If you are not satisfied with the quality or delivery of the product don’t worry. Simply initiate the return/replacement request within 7 days of item delivery. If the item has physical damage please initiate the return/replacement request within 24 hours of item delivery.
To raise a request you can simply call our customer care 08080964757 or mail us at contact@Juohco.com. Please mention the Order ID for reference along with the reason for return/replacement.
However if it is eligible for return/replacement, apologies from Juohco in advance. We will notify you and proceed with replacement (if possible) else refund the amount.
For quick refund we advise you to opt for coupon code, else we can refund back the amount to your suggested bank account in 14 working days after the item have been return from you.
Items eligible for return/replacement:
- You received a faulty/defective/wrong item
- You received a physically damaged item
- The item is different from description on the website
- Item returned should be in its original packaging with all complete intact and invoice
Items not eligible for return/replacement:
- Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
- Seal open branded items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item
- If item is of beauty, health, personal care it should not be opened and used
- If item is perishable one
