1. Returns

The policies for returns and refunds on the juohco Marketplace may vary depending on the products or services being sold. It is important to review the specific policies for the items you are purchasing before making a purchase to understand the process for returns and refunds.

Buyer returns of items and merchant acceptance of returned goods will be handled by us in accordance with the marketplace’s returns page as it may be updated from time to time. Returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided that they are made in accordance with the territory’s legal requirements.

Your happiness is our reward and we strive towards it by delivering at your doorstep what you ordered, however things might go wrong sometimes.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or delivery of the product don’t worry. Simply initiate the return/replacement request within 7 days of item delivery. If the item has physical damage please initiate the return/replacement request within 24 hours of item delivery.

However if it is eligible for return/replacement, apologies from Juohco in advance. We will notify you and proceed with replacement (if possible) else refund the amount.

For quick refund we advise you to opt for coupon code, else we can refund back the amount to your suggested bank account in 14 working days after the item have been return from you.

Items eligible for return/replacement:

  • You received a faulty/defective/wrong item
  • You received a physically damaged item
  • The item is different from description on the website
  • Item returned should be in its original packaging with all complete intact and invoice

Items not eligible for return/replacement:

  • Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Seal open branded  items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item
  • If item is of beauty, health, personal care it should not be opened and used
  • If item is perishable one

2. Refunds

Refunds for returned goods must be handled in line with the marketplace’s refunds page, as it may be updated from time to time. Refund policies will be applied at our discretion, subject to any applicable local legislation. Refunds may be available at our discretion:

  • a. in respect of the product price;
  • b. local and/or international shipping fees (as stated on the refunds page); and
  • c. by way of store credits vouchers mobile money transfer bank transfers or such other methods as we may determine from time to time
